1-Bedroom Apartment – Includes kitchenette, bath, living room, and bedroom. Approximate room size is 375 square feet.
Library Lane Studio Apartment – Includes attached bath. Approximate room size is 300 square feet.
Private and Semi-Private Rooms
Private Rooms – Detached shared bath. Approximate room size is 200 square feet.
Semi-Private Rooms – Detached shared bath. Maximum two persons per room. Approximate room size is 200 square feet.
Room Furnishings
- Furnished with a twin bed, dresser, and nightstand. Residents are welcome to replace these with their own furnishings
- Equipped with Emergency Call System
- Cable TV-Ready. Space is available for one TV per person in resident rooms (TV provided by the resident).
- Telephone-Ready. One phone per room with a direct dial phone number assigned
- WiFi friendly
- Painted neutral colors so our residents can easily decorate with their favorite wall hangings. Our Facilities Manager will be glad to skillfully hang each one.
